Cricket Coaching, my passion since 2008.
At Phil West Cricket, our vision is simple: every child deserves a fair opportunity to play cricket and enjoy our great game. We believe in creating inclusive, engaging sessions that help young players grow in confidence, develop their skills, and most importantly, have fun.

My own love for cricket started at a young age, spending summer Saturdays watching my dad play for ICI Paints and playing in the nets all day. That early passion led me to complete my first coaching course at 16 and begin running sessions for Finchampstead Cricket Club — the beginning of a journey that has shaped everything we do today.

Based in Berkshire, Phil West Cricket has grown through strong partnerships with local cricket clubs, primary schools, and a wide range of aspiring young cricketers. I’m incredibly lucky to be supported by a wonderful team of experienced, passionate coaches who share the same commitment to developing young players and promoting a love for the game.

Whether it’s through club coaching, school programs, or our seasonal academies, we’re here to inspire the next generation of cricketers.
