Meet the Coaching Team

At Phil West Cricket, we’re proud to have built a passionate, skilled, and dedicated coaching team who share our mission of making cricket accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable for every young player.

Led by Phil West, our Managing Director and founder, the team brings a wealth of experience and energy to every session. Phil is supported by his father, Steve West, who ensures smooth day-to-day operations as Operations Manager, helping to keep everything running behind the scenes.

We’re also proud to be developing the next generation of coaches through our apprenticeship programme, with Euan Fraser working full-time as our Apprentice Coach.

Our team of Lead Coaches are the heart of our on-field delivery, bringing enthusiasm, cricketing knowledge, and a commitment to player development:
